We kindly urge you to input your address with utmost care, as adjustments cannot be made once your order is confirmed. It's important to note that Scrunchit holds no responsibility for lost packages resulting from inaccuracies in the addresses provided by customers.

Once your package enters the logistics system, the responsibility transfers to you, our valued customer. If any concerns arise after your package is in the hands of our logistics partners, please reach out to their office for assistance.

Please understand that once we hand over the package to our logistics partners, we lose control, and regrettably, our ability to assist diminishes. In instances where your tracking indicates delivery, but you can't locate your package, or if there are delays, we recommend contacting your local courier partner handling your order.
